MUGO MIX ADDRESSES DAMAGING POST

One of dancehall's rising stars and producer at Chitungwiza's Boom Records, Wayne Mugoti aka Mugo Mix has refuted claims made by a post that has been circulating on social media lately saying that he had fallen victim to an STI infection at the hands of fellow artist Trap Queen.

In an official PRESS RELEASE made available to us by Boom Records, Mugo dismissed the recent post as malicious and a machination of individuals that are hell-bend on soiling his good name and reputation.

"First and foremost, I would like to apologize to my fans, friends, artists, producers and DJs whom I work with for this disgusting message.

"I would like to state that no such incident ever occured, I am in good health and dedicating my time to the fulfilment of my music goals.

 " This is the work of 'haters' who are only ever out to destroy people's lives and reputation.

Even though the two (Mugo & Trap Queen) once dated, Mugo sought to make it clear that it had been a long time ago and that their relationship nowadays was strictly professional.

They have collaborated on a number of projects, most notably on the Trap Queen Riddim earlier this year.

Mugo went on to say that it was not only his reputation that was put on the line, but thar of the young lady in question as well.

"I would like to wholeheartedly apologise to Trap Queen, I cannot imagine the trauma and distress that it has also brought unto her person.

" These people are sick, mentally and deserve to be locked up!

"The Lord is and has always been by my side and I believe that he will see me through this latest setback. So nomatter how much these 'haters' keep on trying to pull us down, they will never succeed", read part of the Press Release.

According to Mugo, the post in question is said to have originated from an artist going by the name 'Ticksen'.
