Money follows Ideas

     By Tarisai Pasipanodya.

For so long I have been wondering why my uncle gets money after money. I decided to have a deep conversation on how he does it. I asked so many questions some seemed useless and some had sense but he was so patient and faithful to give answers. During my teen era I could wonder how he got all the constructive and prospering business he had. He told me during his early teen hood days he used to work at an engineering company as an artisan. The chief engineer was not a human being he said. So I always worked hard and got a lot of experiences since I was bound to be accurate and smart in my department. With the pressure I got, it made me to think wide and think of having my own business. The hardship in the company conceived entrepreneurial mind and I started as a bush mechanic and this wasn't easy. It almost took me a year trying to be established as a bush mechanic. One of my best friends told me of registering a company and this wasn't easy but fortunately I became successful. After registering that's where my breakthrough came. I started to get tenders and win many contracts with different companies. Though I had little machinery, I wasn't scared of bidding for tenders. I could bid for big tenders and win them. When I win a tender, I could subcontract and made sure that the company I have subcontracted to offer the best service. My company grew big and from that time, different big people came into my life. Every time I met a successful person I made sure I get his contacts so that I keep on communicating with him. I used this strategy so that I can get business ideas from them. That made me grew and established in the business. He emphasis that have something and build from it. Nephew! school is there to open up your mind, don't relax saying I will be employed because you have a degree. No employee is a millionaire he emphasis. Business is a way to go.
